NextOrbit

Questions, answered

Can NextOrbit get me a job?

No one can guarantee interviews or offers, and we won't pretend to. NextOrbit finds the roles worth your time, tells you how to get in front of the hiring manager, and prepares a tailored resume, so your hours go into the applications most likely to get a reply.

What does "callback odds" mean?

It's our estimate of the chance an application gets a response, based on how well you fit, how fresh the posting is, whether you know someone there and similar signals. It starts from research-based assumptions and is recalibrated weekly from real outcomes. Treat it as a way to rank, not a promise.

Which jobs are covered?

US roles in every field: postings from thousands of employers' own career sites (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters and more) plus aggregated job-board listings. We search for the titles and places you choose. We don't scrape LinkedIn.

Do you apply or message people for me?

Never. You approve every job, and you send every application and message yourself. We prepare the drafts.

Will my employer find out?

Your search is private. Your current employer's postings are never shown to you, outreach drafts never name your employer, and confidential mode keeps drafts from hinting that you're on the market.

What happens to my data?

Your resume and activity live in a private space only your account can reach. They're never sold or used to train outside AI models. You can download or permanently delete everything from your Account page at any time.

How do the trial and cancellation work?

Your 7-day free trial needs a card. Cancel in Billing before day 7 and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a limit on use?

The plan includes a generous daily allowance of deep research and 20 tailored resumes a month, which covers a thorough search for one person. Limits reset automatically.
